Who We Are
We are a boutique Investment & Transaction Advisory Firm based out of Kochi, Kerala. We provide Business Consulting, Financial Consulting and Valuation services to our clients.
Because we understand the importance of these transactions, we are committed to successfully completing each transaction at full value-benefit for our clients.

Private Equity
QuickSilver provides end-to-end advisory services to investors and investees in the Indian Private Equity Marketplace.
Private Equity funding activities have several areas in which we work closely with the client's team in consummating the transaction. When a company needs help to expand we are able to open our network to attract the right people for their business.
We have been working hard to ensure that our private equity products and services are comprehensive and accurate and fulfill the aspirations of all relevant parties to a transaction.
We keep a track of private equity related news sources, checking regulatory filings and documents, and making Freedom of Information Act requests to all relevant organisations.
Debt Syndication
Our Debt Syndication wing encompasses funding activities for diverse business requirements of corporations. QuickSilver assists corporates to leverage on debt as an instrument to raise capital for various requirements including projects, expansions, and modernizations and in structuring and syndicating funds for acquisitions in India.
QuickSilver has a wide network of relationships with investors apart from strong relationships with lending banks for acquisition financing and assist in quick closure of deals at competitive terms.
Structured Credit
We realize the need for bridge financing and mezzanine funding in this fast paced business environment for corporate clients. We strive to provide the best fit for their funding requirements at the best possible rates.

QuickSilver assists management teams in developing strategic plans necessary to achieve higher levels of success.
Once a plan is developed, we also assist in creating the tools necessary for implementation of the project. A project is successful when the needs of the stakeholders have been met. A stakeholder is anybody directly or indirectly impacted by the project.
QuickSilver will focus on identifying and arranging the individual tasks which is required to complete each step in the project using the resources identified in the process planning cycle.
